Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. We hold bags at the front desk on either side, and guests leaving late can keep using the pool and beach club for the rest of the day.

No. Rates include Wi-Fi, beach club loungers and towels, morning coffee in the lobby and bikes. Florida and Miami Beach taxes (14%) are added at checkout.

Valet parking is $55 per night with in-and-out privileges. Electric vehicle charging is available on request. The nearest public garage is on 13th Street.

Yes. Children under 12 stay free in a parent's room, cribs are free, and Deco Balcony Suites can be booked as connecting pairs. Low Tide lounge is 21 and over after 8 pm.

Dogs under 25 lb are welcome in Palm Court Studios for $75 per stay, with a bed, bowls and a map of the dog-friendly stretch of the beach.

The sand in Florida is public below the high-water line, but the loungers, cabanas, umbrellas and service on our stretch are reserved for hotel guests and cabana bookings.

Yes. Cabanas and daybeds are open to non-guests, subject to availability. Weekends book up first from March to May; request at least a week ahead.

If the beach club closes for weather before 1 pm, we refund your cabana in full or move it to another day. Afternoon showers in summer usually pass within the hour.

For dinner, yes, especially Thursday to Saturday. Breakfast and lunch are walk-in. The bar and the terrace edge are kept for walk-ins every night.

Yes. Tell us when you book. The kitchen can prepare every raw-bar dish without shellfish cross-contact, and the menu marks gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Yes. Ceremonies can be held on the Ocean Lawn or on the sand below it with a City of Miami Beach permit, which our events team arranges for you.

Twelve months for Saturday weddings in high season (November to April), three months for most dinners and parties, two weeks for a cabana group.
